We, at PCCOE&R try to connect with as many companies as possible for placement of students. In the year 2020-21, PCCOE & R has conducted 233+ Recruitment drives for the 2021 batch. We believe that the backbone of our T&P Cell is our student volunteers of T&P Cell who work very hard with full enthusiasm to conduct the recruitment drives smoothly. All these volunteers develop their management skills, interpersonal skills and above all Leadership skills. All such student volunteers become Managers/ Project leaders earlier in their career as compared to their other counterparts because of these skills.

• In the year 2021-22, PCCOE&R has conducted 328 Recruitment drives for the 2022 batch (Current Final Year) till May 2022.
1. We proudly say that 78.33% of PCCOE&R 2022 batch (Current Final Year) students are placed.
2. Quality Placement of 55% students in IT Product & Core Companies.
3. Ms. Sanjana Dasharath Rane student of 2022 Batch from E&TC engineering department placed in Daifuku Co., Ltd product Development Company with package 18 LPA.
4. Sakshi Hendre student of 2022 Batch from E&TC department placed in Handa Heavy Industries Pvt. Ltd. Japan with package 18 LPA.
5. 3 students joined Defense services
6. Total 85 students from the 2022 batch are placed with a salary of 5 Lacs & more.
7. 72 % of placements for the A.Y. year 2021-22 batch students of PCCOE&R.
8. Probably the First Engineering College in India with 77% Placement in the First Batch
9. Two International Placements in First Batch with salary of 20 Lacs and 17 Lacs from 2018 batch.
10. PCET's First International Placements to Ms. Shruti Subramaniyam (PCCOE&R 2018 Batch) with package of 20 LPA. And Ms. Anjali Teke (PCCOE&R 2018 Batch) at Tokyo with a package of 17 LPA.
11. 50+ Off Campus Drives have been conducted in the last 10 months (Apr 2021- March 2022) at PCCOE&R.
12. PCET's PCCOE&R's 33 students are learning Japanese language & 10 Students learning German Language.
13. Regular Soft skill training is given to second year students.
14. Regular Aptitude preparation sessions for third year students have been conducted.
15. Regular GD/PI sessions are conducted for Final year students.
16. Expert lectures on career option, Personality Development, etc
17. The Students undergo an internship semester (6th Semester) in various industries.
18. GRE Scholarship Test conducted through Imperial Overseas Education.
19. PCCOE&R signed MoU with Zensar Technologies Ltd., Pune for ESD program and another MoU with miTu Skillologies, Xenstack Inc, Pune for Value Added programs.
20. We enjoy the advantage of getting a cream layer of students at our institutes. Our PCET Alumni are also performing well in the industries where they are placed. Hence we could get the recognition from industries. We would like to assure Industry, Students and Parents that we will not leave any stone unturned to make all our stakeholders Happy and Proud.
21. Student of Mechanical Department, Nobel Vargese (Mech. Engg. 2019 Passed out) got placed in Mahindra through SAE-BAJA activity also current batch students placed in TCS, INFOSYS, Alfa Laval, Tetrapack, DXC Technologies, RAAM Group, TOPPR and in other companies.
